DU Kennedy Mountain Campus-EMS Building
The Emergency Services Building at KMC is a vital addition to campus safety and regional emergency preparedness. Developed in partnership with the Glacier View Fire Department, the facility will support structural wildfire response and house two 43-passenger emergency evacuation buses dedicated to campus use.
DU-Nelson Hall Plumbing Repairs
We executed a multi-phase project aimed at optimizing the plumbing infrastructure within Denver University’s Nelson Hall. This comprehensive undertaking began with careful demolition, involving the removal of gypsum board and ceilings to access corroded plumbing systems, with strategic wall openings at double sink locations.
DU – Ricketson Law Flooring Replacement
The project at the Ricks Center Building for the University of Denver involved the installation of new carpet and VCT in the main corridors and classrooms. This undertaking encompassed the demolition of existing flooring and associated rubber cove base at relevant locations.
DU-Fisher Early Learning Center-Condenser Replacement
Working closely with DU on the Fisher Early Learning Center, one of several projects we completed was replacing their outdoor condenser unit. This project involved several tasks: first, the removal of the existing condensing unit, followed by the capture and disposal of the existing refrigerant and other fluids.
General Demo & Abatement
With the University of Denver being a historical college, the presence of asbestos is unavoidable. Throughout the current Job Order Contracting contract with DU, we have performed complete demolition and abatement for several differing locations totaling over 10,000 square feet.
