DU-Nelson Hall Plumbing Repairs

We executed a multi-phase project aimed at optimizing the plumbing infrastructure within Denver University’s Nelson Hall. This comprehensive undertaking began with careful demolition, involving the removal of gypsum board and ceilings to access corroded plumbing systems, with strategic wall openings at double sink locations. The subsequent phase involved the demolition of corroded piping within the drain and waste systems, with a focus on minimizing disruptions and replacing horizontal piping at double sinks. The installation of new piping seamlessly replaced the existing drain and waste system, maintaining structural soundness and precision. Rigorous pressure testing with water ensured reliability. The final phase encompassed the necessary patching and repairs to restore the areas to their previous condition.
