DU JOC - SIE Complex - Build-Out

This project consisted of the complete asbestos abatement, demolition, and build-out of a communal gathering space within the University of Denver’s Cherrington Hall. This work included the complete abatement of flooring, walls, and ceilings of over 8,500 SF of space to allow for the new build-out to occur. The new space featured an open floor plan with high end finishes to the ceilings, lighting, and custom fabricated fireplace assembly. New office spaces were delineated and small group study rooms were constructed. Overall, the space has been converted to a communal and collaborative gathering space for students and professors alike.
