We have not only helped numerous small business owners see their dreams come true but have also aided in the successful expansion of large corporations. Serving clients such as NoNo's Café, Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon, Panda Express, and many more, these projects have given us the experience needed to see that each project reaches its full potential. We are one of a few turnkey contractors for Starbucks and have built multiple projects with Sodexo on college campuses as well.
Einstein Bagel at the University of Northern Colorado
Facilities Contracting took a previous cafeteria offering that had been under performing in the University’s food court and converted it into a new Einstein Bagels space with all new equipment, finishes, improved MEP, and upgraded functionality. This new offering should bring a new option to campus for all of the students this fall. The project commenced under a tight timeline to be open prior to student arrival and was completed on time amid many challenges and delays in permitting and structural conflicts that were overcome.
Starbucks

Lone Star Steak House
Facilities Contracting has completed several ground-up restaurants for LoneStar Steakhouse & Saloon. Included in our work, we have also undertaken a variety of interior and exterior renovations. Each contract included unique design elements such as custom hand hued logs, marble bar tops and counters, on-site booth fabrication, unique interior paintings as well as exterior custom stucco design and painting.
Panda Express
Facilities Contracting has built seventeen projects in Colorado and Wyoming with Panda Restaurant Group and CFT Retail Developments throughout our history together. Sites have included ground-up multiple suite retail buildings with restaurant site insertion, stand-alone ground-up restaurants, tenant finish restaurant sites, and ADA upgrades to existing locations.
Blaze Pizza
Blaze Pizza is one of the fastest growing restaurant franchises in the US. Build your own fast fired pizzas that bake in 180 seconds. We converted a record store into a 137-seat restaurant in the heart of Tempe AZ. We added a completely new kitchen with one of the most advanced wood fired pizza ovens available, a well as, a new prep area, service counters, pneumatic mixers, and dough machines. Construction included a new dining room, restrooms, walk in coolers, and a patio.
