We converted a record store into a 137-seat restaurant in the heart of Tempe AZ. We added a completely new kitchen with one of the most advanced wood fired pizza ovens available, a well as, a new prep area, service counters, pneumatic mixers, and dough machines. Construction included a new dining room, restrooms, walk in coolers, and a patio.
