Facilities Contracting has partnered with several different government agencies to help in the construction of projects including City of Aurora, Fort Carson Army Base, Eastern Colorado Area office, and Job Order Contracting (JOC). We are a select contractor for a multiyear Sourcewell contract performing many projects across the front range for counties, cities, towns, and governmental agencies.

Littleton Museum Re-Roof

The City of Littleton requested Facilities Contracting, Inc. to determine the integrity of the existing black EPDM roofing system.

City of Littleton – Courthouse Roof Maintenance

This project involved repairing various roofing areas of the Littleton Municipal Courthouse in Littleton, Colorado. The work included replacing damaged EPDM gutter liners with a 60mil EPDM box liner system, installing new drains, replacing metal cap flashing, and creating a sloped taper system in the gutter trough area.

City of Littleton- Museum and Farm Electrical

Facilities Contracting collaborated closely with the City of Littleton at their Museum and Farm, undertaking a comprehensive project that encompassed intricate electrical work.

Boulder EV Charging Stations

The installation of electronic vehicle (EV) charging stations for the City of Boulder has been an effort to accommodate the growing EV fleet for the local municipality.

Town of Erie Compass Development Fencing

At the new Compass community development, the Town of Erie requested a cedar split rail fence be installed to define proper boundaries relative to the neighboring landowners.
