Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center - Highlands Ranch

Panorama Highlands Ranch included the build out of three suites across three floors of a medical office building to include a total of 45,000 sf of renovated space. These spaces included a diagnostic imaging center, a physical therapy space, and a 33,000 sf MD clinic space that included (4) X-ray rooms. These spaces were fit between a myriad of existing tenants in the building, and our team work proactively with the owners and landlord to ensure all of the new imaging equipment landed in it’s home without major disruptions to surrounding tenants in the process. We worked with Siemens and Konica on the imaging side of the project.
