Facilities Contracting, Inc. renovated a dentist office into a 2,200 SF physical therapy suite.

Optum Peak Endoscopy Center is an 12,000 SF Endoscopy ASC that includes (5) procedure rooms, a 17 bed Pre-OP/PACU, a high level disinfection area with Steris integration and medical equipment. Along with the build out of this new center our scope included a parking lot overlay, front canopy addition, major exterior concrete and fencing Renovations, all new mechanical equipment, and a full overhaul of the landscape of the property. We partnered with SCA on the construction of this project that was a joint venture with Peak Healthcare and Optum Healthcare

The Musculoskeletal Surgery Center was a phased remodel of an existing ambulatory surgery center that was completed while keeping the surgery center functioning throughout the process. This project consisted of two phases that added five patient beds, one operating room and added an equipment room. All of the centers operations were able to continue daily throughout the project.

CT Upgrade at the VA Hospital in Cheyenne Wyoming that consisted of demolition and reconstruction of the CT room, Control, and equipment rooms to accommodate a new system in the basement of the hospital- Radiology department. This project was completed to support a turn-key deal direct for GE Healthcare. Full ICRA containment, monitoring, and coordination with the building safety staff was conducted to avoid any infections or risks to patients in surrounding areas.

The SCA Surgery Center was remodel and expansion of an ambulatory surgical center that was completed while keeping the surgery center functioning throughout the project. This project consisted of three phases that expanded the center from one operating room and a procedure room to four operating rooms. During construction, the patient pre op area was expanded from three patient beds to five patient beds and the recovery area was expanded from three beds to twelve beds. All normal medical operations continued daily throughout the construction schedule.

Facilities Contracting, Inc. performed an interior and exterior remodel of a 20,616 square foot surgery center located in Colorado. Construction included remodeling patient rooms, operating rooms, recovery, offices, lobby, and a full exterior remodel.

Facilities Contracting, Inc., completed a tenant build out of a multi-modality imaging clinic in Gillette, Wyoming. Construction included install of an MRI, X-Ray, CT, and Ultrasound.

Facilities Contracting, Inc. constructed several ground up standalone emergency rooms throughout Colorado. Construction included turn-key project development including site, civil, utilities, and ground up construction of a multi-bed emergency room with medical imaging, diagnostic, and specialized equipment.

Facilities Contracting, Inc. constructed a tenant build out of a women's imaging center to include the install of Mammography, X-Ray, and Ultrasound. Our team has been actively involved with numerous women’s center projects across the Front Range.

Facilities Contracting, Inc. completed a full remodel on the imaging suite at the Granger Medical West Jordan clinic. Construction included the install of an MRI, new offices, dressing room, patient care rooms, and front lobby.

Facilities Contracting Inc. has worked with Health Images since 1999, completing several of their ground up and tenant build outs of their multi-modality imaging centers across Colorado. Construction typically includes the new installation of MRI, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, and other medical imaging equipment. Our team has also supported the replacement of medical imaging equipment in active centers across the state of Colorado.

Facilities Contracting Inc. has worked with Envision Radiology since 1999, completing several of their ground up and tenant build outs of their multi-modality imaging centers across Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. Construction typically includes the new installation of MRI, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, and other medical imaging equipment. Our team has also supported the replacement of medical imaging equipment in their active centers.

Facilities Contracting, Inc. partnered with the doctors of Fountain Hills Medical Center to construct a ground up facility consisting of an urgent care and a standalone emergency room in Arizona. This micro hospital serves the local area that was previously underserved and brings critical services to the area.

Facilities Contracting, Inc. constructed 2 new sites for Eyetopia. Their first site was located in Highlands Ranch, CO. Then in 2011 the office relocated to Littleton, CO. Then in 2022 we performed a complete refresh for each treatment rooms and retails space for eyeglasses.
