Little Sunshine’s Playhouse facilities are an 11,000 square foot wood framed pre-school with an array of intricate finished carpentry and accented interior and exterior details. The building exterior is a textured EIFs & stone veneer accenting the green shingles roof and Type K seamless gutter system. The building interior includes an array of intricate finish carpentry, including a beautiful feature wall, vaulted ceilings, and chandeliers in both the lobby and director’s office. Each classroom is custom designed for each designated age group including 3 infant rooms, 3 toddler rooms, 2 two year old rooms, 1 three year old room, and 1 four year old room. The building is equipped with (7) air handling units and associated condensing units, with a heated attic space and mechanical as well. The building has a full kitchen with a captive air hood system and full pantry. The school is equipped with interior tree loft play areas and an 8,000 sq. ft. full synthetic turf playground area sectioned by age group. The custom playground structure is complimented by two outdoor water features, and two shade structures fenced off and secured from the parking lot and building exterior.
