Cherry Creek School District-Falcon Creek Middle School

Facilities Contracting completed a large exterior improvements project for Cherry Creek Schools Falcon Creek Middle School including:
-Demolition of ~32,000 sf of paving and site concrete
-Replacing and expanding the parking areas with an additional ~50k sf of parking areas
-Improved storm drainage and re-grading for long term parking and performance
-Demolition of old basketball courts in anticipation of some improved playground and athletic court improvements, etc.
