Facilities Contracting partnered with the Highlands Ranch Community Association (HRCA) on this comprehensive renovation and modernization project to enhance functionality, comfort, and overall user experience throughout the facility. The scope included a complete locker room remodel with full demolition and reconstruction, featuring an updated layout, new finishes, and the addition of a plunge pool and sauna room. Additional improvements encompassed the renovation of the youth wing and lobby, along with the installation of new turf and a dasher board system in the athletic area. These upgrades were designed to create a durable, contemporary, and welcoming environment for athletes, staff, and visitors alike.
