Julie McKesson


Julie has been a part of the team since 1997, and in 2021 she was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2021. Her primary responsibilities include establishing policies and promoting company growth while managing relationships with employees, subcontractors and clients. She oversees the daily operations of the company and works closely with the other executives of the company.

Additionally, she oversees project scheduling assignments and operational support for the project superintendents. Julie coordinates the company’s overall business activities to ensure efficient office to field coordination. She also leads the snow and ice management program including annual contract renewal, service execution, and preparation of billing and client correspondence.
