We specialize in ground-up construction and tenant finishes of retail and financial institutions. With the successful completion of three of our own ground- up corporate offices, numerous office additions and remodels for Land Title Guarantee Co., and several ground-up and tenant finishes for numerous other clientele, these have given us the experience and knowledge of the office and financial industry that allows us to successfully construct projects that are one of a kind.
Remedy Exterior Improvements-Colorado Springs
This project involved asphalt sealing and a mill-and-overlay of the entire parking lot to restore pavement conditions, along with reconstruction of concrete entrances and drive lanes to improve durability and traffic flow. The work also addressed drainage issues by regrading exterior flatwork to ensure proper runoff and prevent water accumulation, enhancing overall site performance and longevity.

Demolition of an existing 4th story topping slab and build back of a liquid applied waterproofing roof system to accompany a modern and bold Bison Paver roof system. This roof space includes a custom fabricated ornamental rail and gate system to accompany a combination of TUUCI sun shades and an array of beautiful patio furniture. This multi tenant building can now enjoy the warm sunny days and evenings in Colorado during lunches and breaks. We collaborated with Cushman Wakefield to create this unique space that the client is loving today.
Triad Complex
Interior tenant improvements to nearly 50,000 square feet of speculative office suites across 9 individual suites and 3 separate buildings. Improvements included complete demolition, new framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and finishes to accommodate the new floor layout for each respective suite location. An additional 105,000 square feet of improvements have also been conducted at the Triad complex across several differing suites and common areas for numerous clientele.
