Facilities Contracting completed the replacement of the community dock at the Highlands Ranch Metro District fishing pond. The project involved removing the aging dock and installing a new, durable steel-framed structure with low-maintenance composite decking. Our team also repaired the existing concrete pier and modified the steel railing to seamlessly integrate with the updated deck layout, ensuring both safety and long-term performance.
