Southbridge Shopping Center Redevelopment
Contracted in 2007, Facilities Contracting, Inc. is currently under-taking the renovation of Southbridge Shopping Center located in Littleton, Colorado. Current contract includes construction management as well as general construction of the 70,000 square foot retail facility. Phase One has been completed and included demolition of the existing structure. Phase Two is currently underway and includes demolition and replacement of the existing parking lot, new landscaping, construction of new retaining walls, significant site utility work as well as construction of the new retail shops totaling 10,000 square feet in which the building elevations are to match the new Safeway. Additional work includes a new fascia the existing retail structures that were not included in the demolition as well a complete overhaul on the Colorado Business Bank to match the new center. Work is expected to be completed Spring 2008.
