Discount Tire Co.
For over fifteen years, Facilities Contracting, Inc. has been working with Discount Tire Co. expanding the presence in the Denver Metro area. Our contracts include construction management and general construction of free standing retail facilities as well as renovations of existing spaces and building maintenance.
All free-standing structures include management offices, retail show room, warehouse/automotive shop, as well as product storage. Many of the building completed have included a masonry exterior with completion of site work, landscaping, site utilities, and interior finishes. Size of each building ranges from 4,000 square feet to 8,500 square feet
