Contracting in late 2006 and completed in summer 2007, Facilities Contracting, Inc. enhanced the ever expanding SouthPark Business Park with the addition of two ground-up office buildings. Each building boasts a masonry structure equipped with geothermal heating. The first building was built to suit for the Swanson & Bratschun law office. This 5000 square foot building included many custom high end finishes. The second building houses 7500 square feet with an interior to be finished for a future medical tenant. The over all contract encompassed construction management as well as general construction of the two buildings including grading, landscaping, site utilities, tile roof, retention walls, and other interior finishes.
