Facilities Contracting, Inc.

As we have grown, Facilities Contracting, Inc. has completed three locations that have housed our corporate office over the past ten years.

8371 SouthPark Lane

In 1999, Facilities Contracting, Inc. completed its first corporate office located in Littleton, Colorado. This two story masonry structure included approximately 8,000 square feet of office space, 6,000 square feet of warehouse space, and a detached yard enclosure housed on 2.6 acres.

8369 SouthPark Lane

In 2004, Facilities Contracting, Inc. completed construction of our second corporate office located in Littleton, Colorado to accommodate our growth. This one story masonry and stucco building included 5,000 square feet of office space, an attached 8,000 square foot warehouse, and a detached storage yard housed on 2.1 acres.

981 SouthPark Drive

In 2008, Facilities Contracting, Inc. completed its third corporate office located in the SouthPark Business Center. This two story masonry structure included 6,000 square feet of office space and an attached 5,000 square foot warehouse housed on 1.1 acres.
