Michelle R. Madrid

Senior Operations Manager

Michelle joined Facilities Contracting, Inc. in 2002 bringing with her over eleven years of construction administration experience. Her previous experience includes dispatch, project scheduling, submittal processing, drafting contracts, and job costing.

As the Senior Operations Manager, Michelle manages the project administration department as well as the personnel department and is responsible for project maintenance of all working projects. She is accountable for the review of all project correspondence, client and subcontractor contracts, submittals, project-close out, job costing, project proposals/bids, scheduling of maintenance and service calls, and warranty processing. Michelle also directs all property management and maintenance as well as directs and manages the snow removal program.

Michelle graduated from Richland College in Richardson, Texas. She is married with three children and enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with her grandchildren.
