Meet the Staff
James L. McKesson
Executive Officer/Owner
In conjunction with Michael, James began Facilities Contracting, Inc. bringing with
him over thirty-three years experience in multi-state real estate transactions,
encompassing construction of Class A office buildings, shopping centers, tenant
finish spaces, center maintenance, demolition, and overall corporate management.
James interfaces on a daily basis with Michael on all functions and activities of
Facilities Contracting, Inc. He is directly involved in the day-to-day operations
of all current construction as well as all accounting operations.
James graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Baccalaureate Degree in
Business Administration. He has also attended the School of Mortgage Banking at
North Western University in Chicago, Illinois, and Southwestern Graduate School
of Banking at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. James has worked as
an instructor at the ABA National School of Real Estate, Construction, and Finance
at Ohio State University and belongs to various professional associates throughout
the State of Colorado. He is married and enjoys traveling.
