Daniel L. Heydlauff

Senior Project Manager

Daniel joined Facilities Contracting, Inc. in 1999 bringing with him over ten years of construction experience as well as seventeen years of management experience. Previously, Daniel worked as a Project Superintendent where he was responsible for the supervision on construction personnel in the residential arena building new homes, apartment buildings, and numerous community buildings.

As a Senior Project Manager, Daniel oversees and coordinates projects from the estimating and contracting phases of various construction projects to closeout and warranty. He is responsible for formulation of contracts and AIA documentation as well as coordination of multiple construction projects. He is well versed in all aspects of retail, medical rehabilitation, and restaurant construction.

Daniel’s recent accomplishments include the completion of over 15 diagnostic medical facilities, three complete renovation and revival projects for the City of Aurora, and completion of the new PARS Enterprise facility located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Daniel graduated from Chelsea High School and attended numerous training and sales seminars. He is married with two children and enjoys racing, traveling, golf, and spending time with his family.
