Meet the Staff

David C. Amorosi

Project Manager

David joined Facilities Contracting, Inc. in 2001. With him, he brought over five years of construction experience. His past experience includes extensive laboratory work involving sieve analysis, Atterberg limits, swell analysis, classifications, and proctor values. David was also experience in the field where he preformed testing for soil and asphalt densities, concrete testing, post-tension cable and reinforcing steel observation as well as concrete and asphalt coring. He is independently responsible for providing all materials testing procedures for the infrastructure redevelopment of Lowry Air Force Base in Denver, Colorado.

David is experienced in both tenant finish and ground-up construction. He is responsible for estimating and contractual negotiations as well as scheduling. David maintains a hands-on approach to ensure that his projects progress efficiently and maintain their established schedules.

David’s recent accomplishments include a complete Flagship Safeway center located at Broadway and Mineral as well as five completed ground-up Discount Tire, Co. retail facilities located throughout the Denver Metro Area.

David graduated from the University of Syracuse with a Baccalaureate Degree in Science from the College of Arts & Science. He enjoys snowmobiling, camping, and skiing.
