Ann M. Arellano

Senior Project Administrator

Ann joined Facilities Contracting, Inc. in 2006 bringing with her over five years of administration experience.

As a Senior Project Administrator, Ann works in conjunction with the Senior Operation Manager to insure the integrity of each project undertaken by Facilities Contracting, Inc. is met. She follows each project from bidding to closeout and is responsible for initiating the bidding process, maintaining paper and electronic drawings and specifications, drafting and maintaining project correspondences, change orders, subcontractor contacts, RFI logs, submittals, project close out and warranties. Ann is also responsible for maintaining company complete project listings as well as updating current projects in all marketing materials.

She attended Red Rocks Community College in Colorado. She is married and enjoys drawing and reading in her spare time.
